Grow through what you go through – shifting the perspective!
We all have moments where we just want to put our heads down and “get through” it. A tough week at work, a difficult conversation, or a personal setback—the common wisdom tells us to simply push on until it’s over, just “get through” it.
But I’ve learned that there’s a quiet but powerful shift we can make that changes the perspective. Instead of choosing to “get through” it, what if we chose to “grow through” it instead?

“Getting through” is about endurance. It’s that white-knuckling feeling where you just survive the moment, often leaving you feeling exhausted and unchanged on the other side. It’s like a storm that passes, and all you’re left with is the mess.
“Growing through” is different. It’s about consciously choosing to find something in the challenge. It’s about leaning into the difficult moments and asking, “What can I learn from this? What new strength can I find here? What is the gift?” This is how you build real resilience—not by avoiding the storm, but by learning to stand firm in the wind.
My work is built on this very idea. I believe your experiences aren’t just things that happen to you; they are the raw materials for a stronger, more authentic you. This is a path I’ve walked myself, and it’s a big part of what’s equipped me to be a more empathetic and pragmatic guide.
If you’re ready to move from simply surviving to truly thriving, I’m here to help you find the purpose in your journey.
